30 Tufts students attended the Forward on Climate Rally in Washington D.C. to oppose the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, an oil conveyor that will stretch from Canada to Texas.

Tufts Friends of Israel (FOI) raised over $1,000 for Save a Child’s Heart, a charity that funds children’s surgeries, over $200 more than last year.

Need an escape? “The Glass Menagerie” written by the famous Tennessee Williams and starring Zachary Quinto (“Heroes,” “24″) is playing now at the American Repertory Theater.

Today’s editorial discussed the Occupy movement, one that started in the fall of 2011. Although it has since fallen out of the public eye, “the passion, energy, and spirit of grassroots protest and collective action is alive and evolving at Tufts.”

And in sports, the Jumbo reigns supreme! Women’s track and field won the New England Div. III indoor championship for the second time in its 24 years history. Go Jumbos!
